{"id":2471,"date":"2016-02-11T10:59:58","date_gmt":"2016-02-11T09:59:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.alting.com\/the-purchase-of-housing-bids-111\/"},"modified":"2026-01-28T12:33:07","modified_gmt":"2026-01-28T11:33:07","slug":"the-purchase-of-housing-bids-111","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alting.com\/en\/the-purchase-of-housing-bids-111\/","title":{"rendered":"The purchase of housing bids 11.1%"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Barcelona, February 11 2016.- The <strong>purchase of housing bids 11.1%,<\/strong> thanks to the\u00a0 spurt of the <strong>secondhand.<\/strong> In 2015, the purchase of housing will represent 37.2%.<\/p>\n<p>Specifically, <strong>the increase in the total sale has been 11.1%<\/strong> and marks <strong>the consecutive bid in a complete exercise after the collapse of the previous five years<\/strong>, according to the data released today by the <strong>National Statistics Institute (INE)<\/strong>. A total of 354,132 operations have been carried out, the highest number of transactions since 2011. In 2009 sales contracted 25.1% and in 2008, 28.8%.<\/p>\n<p>It should be noted the growth of the sale of 37.2% of second-hand housing, up to <strong>276,300 transactions<\/strong> (accumulates three years in augment), while <strong>new housing decreased by 33.7%<\/strong> (thus adding five negative exercises).<\/p>\n<p><strong>89.8%<\/strong> of the dwellings transmitted by sales in 2015 <strong>were<\/strong> <strong>free (318,055)<\/strong> and <strong>10.2% were protected (36,077)<\/strong>. The number of free homes transferred by sale increased by 11.1% compared to 2014 and that of protected homes, by 10.8%. On the other hand, 22% of the homes transferred by sale in 2015 were new (77,865) and 78% used (276,267). The number of operations on new homes decreased by 33.7% in 2015, while that of used homes increased by 37.2% compared to 2014.<\/p>\n<p>If the December data is analyzed, it should be noted that <strong>the indicator grew by 6.8% year-on-year, which represents 16 consecutive months of growth.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Regarding the evolution of sales by region, the variable of farms transmitted per 100,000 inhabitants reached the highest records in 2015 in La Rioja (8,131) and Castilla y Le\u00f3n (7,027). The autonomous community that registered the highest annual variation rate was La Rioja (18%).
