Investors assume that Mario Draghi won\u2019t announce any firm decision today, but they do expect he will discuss additional stimulus measures (like lowering the deposit facility rate to -0.4%) at the meeting in March.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The ECB has hinted it will announce new stimulus measures at the meeting in March 2016<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The <strong>ECB\u2019s new inflation and growth predictions<\/strong> will be announced at the March meeting. And unless there is a radical change in oil prices, everything points to a further <strong>decrease in the CPI numbers<\/strong>. So, analysts expect new monetary stimulus measures to be announced at the March meeting.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SOURCES
