Construccions,<\/strong> will be starting work on the final stage of construction works for Alting\u2019s <strong>\u201cbuild-to-rent\u201d<\/strong> <strong>development<\/strong> on <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/1Sd1wWKk4RTEbUjJA\">10-12 Alfonso XII Street<\/a>, Barcelona in the first half of August, on 11\/08.<\/p>\n<p>The<strong> luxury rental apartment complex<\/strong> is located in the heart of the <strong>Sant Gervasi-Galvany<\/strong> neighborhood, near Travessera de Gr\u00e0cia and Carrer de Tuset, and <strong>its total area will be 2,545 m\u00b2.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In this last stage, they will be carrying out work on the doors and windows, both on the facade and internally, and the flooring, tiling, coverings and fittings of the building.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-790772\" src=\"https:\/\/www.alting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/alfons-xii-10-12-obras-fase-2.jpg\" alt=\"alfons xii 10 12-obras fase 2\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The development will include <strong>8 homes<\/strong> with 2 or 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large lounges and kitchens fitted with excellent furnishings.<\/p>\n<p>The development will also have a <strong>roof-top solarium with a swimming pool,<\/strong> a c<strong>ommercial establishment<\/strong> with a loft on the first floor, bicycle parking and 42 parking spaces located in the two basement floors, some of which will have electric charging docks.<\/p>\n<p>Alting purchased the asset in July 2020, and it will become part of our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alting.com\/en\/investment\/residential-buildings\/\">portfolio of assets<\/a> as a<strong> residential building with luxury rental homes <\/strong>which should be available to
