Instead, they will be adapting the spaces and how they are used.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Workspaces will be redesigned to fit the needs of each company, seeking:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lower density of workspaces.<\/li>\n<li>More collaborative spaces.<\/li>\n<li>More flexible and adaptable spaces.<\/li>\n<li>And spaces that foster sustainability, health and wellness.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Plus, <strong>offices will continue to be a meeting point. And experts confirm that these <strong>technological improvements will continue and grow in 2021<\/strong>, in the office segment in particular and the real estate sector in general.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>An essential asset: Sustainability<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sustainability<\/strong> will continue to be a very important point in <strong>developing and choosing offices<\/strong>. Better environmental certifications mean less power use and lower costs. In terms of investors, they will continue driving <strong>construction or refurbishment of green buildings<\/strong> in their portfolios.<\/p>\n<p>Companies should do an <strong>internal assessment of their options<\/strong>, although it is important to note that <strong>flexibility and telecommuting<\/strong> will play an important role. The exponential increase in <strong>digitization in the sector<\/strong> has made this possible.
