What measures have been taken?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Barcelona, May 20 2020.- Following the de-escalation plan announced by the government, Alting <strong>has begun to conduct in-person tours of properties by appointment only<\/strong>, dovetailing with the onset of Phase 0.5 in the city of Barcelona.<\/p>\n<p>Over these past few weeks, we\u2019ve been working on our reopening, and our sales team will attend to our clients while following the <strong>healthcare measures<\/strong> established by using Personal Protective Equipment according to the official recommendations of the <strong>Ministry of Health<\/strong> and the <strong>World Health Organization<\/strong> (WHO).<\/p>\n<p>Our priority is to <strong>guarantee the safety of our clients and our team<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>What conditions must be met in order to tour a property in person?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The property has to be <strong>free of occupants<\/strong> during the tour. If the owner lives in the property, they will have to leave it in order for the tour to be conducted.<\/li>\n<li>Any <strong>safety measures<\/strong> established by the official bodies must be taken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5739\" src=\"https:\/\/www.alting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Medidas-seguridad-Alting-2.jpg\" alt=\"Medidas-seguridad-Alting\" width=\"694\" height=\"548\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>How will in-person tours be conducted?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The tours are <strong>by appointment<\/strong> only and will be spaced out to avoid people concentrating together in the same place.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>number of people<\/strong> per tour will be limited depending on the size of the property in order to <strong>respect the minimum distance<\/strong> of 2 meters between people.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>protective equipment<\/strong> required by both clients and sales consultants on the tour will be as follows:\n<ul>\n<li>Wearing <strong>masks<\/strong> and <strong>disposable gloves<\/strong> will be mandatory.<\/li>\n<li>Hands must be disinfected with <strong>hand sanitizer<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Wearing <strong>disposable booties<\/strong> is recommended.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Physical contact<\/strong> (including with greetings) should be avoided, and the minimum safety distance must always be maintained.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Touching surfaces or furniture<\/strong> must be avoided as much as possible.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Communal areas<\/strong> may not be toured, and lifts <strong>will be avoided<\/strong> whenever possible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If the client has any symptoms, they should notify us and the tour will be postponed.<\/p>\n<p>The resumption of sales tours is the first step in the transition to the new normal in the real estate sector.<\/p>\n<p>For more information, contact <strong><a href=\"mailto:comercial@alting.com\">comercial@alting.com<\/a> or 93 505 40 40<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Barcelona, May 20 2020.- Following the de-escalation plan announced by the government, Alting has begun to conduct in-person tours of [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":398,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"inline_featured_image":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[322],"tags":[357],"class_list":["post-2187","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-corporate-news-en","tag-covid-19-en"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.3.1 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>We are resuming in-person tours.
