Growth is driven by long-term partnerships with local real estate owners and the <strong>conversion and repositioning of existing buildings into high-quality hospitality assets<\/strong> operated under long-term agreements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">NUMA Madrid Fuencarral combines <strong>contemporary design<\/strong> with the dynamic rhythm of the Spanish capital. Its <strong>prime location<\/strong> &#8211; within walking distance of Gran V\u00eda, Plaza Mayor and the Malasa\u00f1a district &#8211; makes it an ideal base for leisure and business travellers seeking centrally located, design-led short-stay hospitality. The real estate group has subsequently entered into a long-term lease agreement with NUMA Group, under which NUMA will operate the property for the next ten years.
