The 4th edition of SIMAPRO, the main B2B event of the real estate sector, began yesterday, Wednesday, May 29, with a full day of conferences and networking for professionals of the sector in which the present and the future of Real Estate was analyzed.

Experts and professionals studied the impact of industrialization and innovation in all the real estate business processes, the new actors, the changes in the labor market and the consolidation of Proptech in Spain.

For the next two days, they will delve deeply into the disruptive change in the real estate business models, such as investments, the client-experience or the vacation home on the international market, among others.

And from today and until Sunday, June 2, the Salón Inmobiliario Internacional de Madrid (SIMA) opens its doors in its 21st edition which will receive more than 250 companies and will offer a wide real estate offer and great business opportunities, to professionals of the sector as well as to private individuals.

SIMA is the real estate fair with the largest offer of properties (first homes, vacation homes and property investment) and related services (financing, decoration, moving companies, etc.). In this edition, according to the organizers, around 35,000 dwellings will be marketed, of which more than 95% are off-plan products.

In addition, the fair is the largest real estate event in Spain and one of the most important encounters for the international real estate sector. Year after year, Madrid becomes a meeting point for the main companies, buyers and professionals. It is also the best time to take the pulse of the market, generate new contacts and businesses, and detect the best investment opportunities.
