L&#8217;import mitj\u00e0 de les hipoteques sobre habitatge ha estat de 105.792 euros, un 0,8% m\u00e9s que el mes anterior i un 4,3% superior a gener de 2014.<\/p>\n<p>Per la seva banda, el capital total prestat per a l&#8217;adquisici\u00f3 d&#8217;habitatges s&#8217;ha situat en 2.212 milions d&#8217;euros, amb un augment mensual del 32% i un increment del 25,5% respecte a un any
