Coneguem les m\u00e9s rellevants:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Per a l&#8217;arrendatari (inquil\u00ed)<\/strong><br \/>\nLa deducci\u00f3 estatal per lloguer d&#8217;un habitatge per a \u00fas habitual s&#8217;ha suprimit, per a aquells que van signar el seu contracte a partir de l&#8217;1 de gener de 2015.<\/p>\n<p>Els arrendataris que van signar abans de l&#8217;\u00faltim dia de 2014, sempre que es mantingui en vigor el contracte d&#8217;arrendament i segueixin complint els requisits de rendes m\u00e0ximes podran deduir-se:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Un 10,05% dels imports pagats amb un l\u00edmit m\u00e0xim de 9.040 euros a l&#8217;any per a bases imposables inferiors a 17.707,2 euros.<\/li>\n<li>Per a rendes a partir d&#8217;aquest topall i fins a 24.107,20 euros anuals, la deducci\u00f3 va reduint-se progressivament fins a desapar\u00e8ixer quan s&#8217;aconsegueixen aquests 24.107,20 euros.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2. Per a l&#8217;arrendador (propietaris)<\/strong><br \/>\nLa reducci\u00f3 del 100% que existia per a inquilins menors de 30 anys ja no \u00e9s possible. Ara, els arrendadors tan sols podran practicar una reducci\u00f3 \u00fanica del 60% al rendiment net per l&#8217;arrendament d&#8217;habitatge, independentment de l&#8217;edat dels inquilins.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interessos de pr\u00e9stecs vinculats a l&#8217;habitatge<\/li>\n<li>Tributs que incideixin sobre els rendiments o sobre l&#8217;habitatge: l&#8217;IBI, les taxes per neteja, recollida d&#8217;escombraries, enllumenat, etc., sempre que no tinguin car\u00e0cter sancionador.<\/li>\n<li>Despeses de formalitzaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;arrendament i els de defensa de car\u00e0cter jur\u00eddic.<\/li>\n<li>Despeses de conservaci\u00f3 i reparaci\u00f3 (que no inclouen les quantitats destinades a l&#8217;ampliaci\u00f3 o millora de l&#8217;habitatge): S\u00f3n els efectuats regularment amb la finalitat de mantenir l&#8217;\u00fas normal dels b\u00e9ns materials, com el pintat, revoco o arranjament d&#8217;instal\u00b7lacions. Tamb\u00e9 els de sustitucio\u0301n d&#8217;elements, com a instal\u00b7lacions de calefaccio\u0301n, ascensor, portes de seguretat o uns altres.<\/li>\n<li>Els contractes de segur (de responsabilitat civil, incendi, robatori, trencament de cristalls o uns altres de naturalesa an\u00e0loga).<\/li>\n<li>Serveis o subministraments (llum, aigua, gas,
