La resposta \u00e9s s\u00ed, existeix ja un canvi en els h\u00e0bits de consum i en les necessitats dels clients a l\u2019hora de <strong>comprar o llogar la seva resid\u00e8ncia habitual<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>Tend\u00e8ncies de cerca<\/h3>\n<p>Despr\u00e9s de 2 mesos de confinament a casa, la percepci\u00f3 de quines s\u00f3n les <strong>qualitats b\u00e0siques<\/strong> que ha de tenir la nostra llar ha canviat.<\/p>\n<p>Algunes de les caracter\u00edstiques m\u00e9s sol\u00b7licitades actualment s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Disposar de <strong>sortides a l\u2019exterior<\/strong>: jardins, terrasses i balcons i zones privades amb jard\u00ed i piscina.<\/li>\n<li>Millor orientaci\u00f3: abundant <strong>llum natural<\/strong>, bona <strong>ventilaci\u00f3<\/strong> i <strong>exteriors<\/strong> al carrer.<\/li>\n<li>Import\u00e0ncia de la <strong>mida i disseny<\/strong> dels habitatges: espais c\u00f2modes i vers\u00e0tils.<\/li>\n<li>Cuines amb m\u00e9s espai d\u2019<strong>emmagatzematge.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Electrodom\u00e8stics eficients i <strong>estalvi energ\u00e8tic<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A m\u00e9s, com a conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia de l\u2019<strong>augment del teletreball<\/strong>, tamb\u00e9 ha crescut la necessitat de disposar d\u2019un <strong>espai independent<\/strong> habilitat com a despatx, ja sigui una <strong>habitaci\u00f3 extra<\/strong> per utilitzar-la com estudi o oficina; o un <strong>sal\u00f3 m\u00e9s gran<\/strong> per a adaptar una zona per treballar i per \u00fas general de tota la fam\u00edlia.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5722 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.alting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Vivienda-teletrabajo-2.jpg\" alt=\"vivienda-teletrabajo\" width=\"1024\" height=\"509\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Per una altra banda, ha augmentat la demanda d\u2019<strong>habitatges a les zones perif\u00e8riques<\/strong>.
