An exceptional building of classic style situated in the very centre of Madrid, in the neighbourhood of Los Jerónimos, within the district of the Retiro Park, an area which houses the most important museums in Madrid and with a marked financial atmosphere defined by the presence of the headquarters of important companies as well as the Madrid Stock Exchange.
It consists of a surface area of approximately 5,650 m², made up of six stories plus a basement. It is used exclusively for offices and up until the middle of 2006 it constituted the corporative headquarters of Ebro Puleva. At present it is entirely leased by the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation.
