An exceptional building situated in the heart of the Passeig de Gràcia, birthplace of the most intense modernism. Built between 1880 and 1890, it corresponds to the pre-modernistic architectural period. Its façade is listed in the Barcelona City Council's Protected Buildings catalogue.
Completely restored and remodelled by Alting's Property Development Division with a desire to reaffirm its incalculable artistic value and guarantee compliance with the most rigorous demands of excellence. It consists of a surface area of approximately 6,100 m², 2,100 m2 being for commercial use, occupied by two prestigious international firms: Nike and Ermenegildo Zegna, and the remaining 4,000 m2 constituting the head office of a five-star hotel: BCN Design belonging to the hotel group Hotusa.
