An emblematic building situated in the privileged Quadrat D'Or, the heart of the most intensely modernistic area in Barcelona, specifically in the street Aragó next to the Passeig de Gràcia, one of the most highly valued commercial and business areas in Barcelona.

It has a total surface area of approximately 3.850 m², distributed in seven stories as well as a basement. It was constructed at the beginning of the 20th century and its complete restoration was carried out in 1994.Since that date and up until the month of March 2006 it was occupied by the renowned University of Chicago. At present it is leased to the internationally prestigious legal and consulting firm of Mazars and Associates.
