Ura restaurant & lounge inaugurates its premises in an operation intermediated by Alting

Ura Restaurant & lounge inaugurated last Friday, 11 November, the site located in an exclusive area of the city, next to the Plaça Francesc Macià, in the Av. Diagonal, 477 of Barcelona.

Ura, water in Euskera, presents a select menu of contemporary Basque cuisine accompanied by a good wine cellar.

Alting Real Estate reached an agreement with the Ura restaurant company for the leasing of premises detached on three sides and with a surface area of 300 m2 that the group held and that previously had been leased to the prestigious firm Hästens, manufacturer of Swedish mattresses.

Gant renews for 10 years in the premises on Rambla Catalunya
The Asset Managment Devision in collaboration with the Companies Division of the Alting Real Estate Group has advised the renewal of the leasing agreement of the commercial premises located in Rambla Catalunya – Avenida Diagonal where currently the commercial firm Gant is located.

With a surface area of more than 500 m² distributed on two floors in a pretigious noble property. It has presented a complete renovation project that it will carry out in 2012. The men's line will be located on the ground floor and the women's, children's and home line in the basement floor.

Anna Riu, a young stylist that marks a new style in fashion and beauty, opens her second beauty salon and begins in this way her personal project of having her own salon chain. Her stylism breaks with the usual frameworks and offers New International Trends.
“Anna Riu Salon”, located at the street València next to the Passeig de Gràcia, was inaugurated today, 1 July, with the help of Itchycoo Records London.

Alting advises Rafagas on the opening of a new shop
The Companies Division of the Alting Real Estate Group has brokered the lease for the opening of a new shop of Rafagas, a group specialized in the sale of accessories and equipment for motorcycles, offering an extensive line of products of the top brands.
With the inauguration of the new shop situated on the street Aragó near Rambla Catalunya on May 2, Rafagas will have three shops.  The other two are in La Maquinista and Barcelona-Glòries, and there is a logistics centre in Badalona from which they supply all the shops.

 AOS Studley, a multinational company specializing in real estate consulting exclusively for companies, will locate its office in the Barcelona Tower for its expansion in Spain and establishment in Barcelona. The lease transaction was counselled by the real estate Consultancy Division of the Alting Group regarding the property and Aos Studley represented itself as the tenant. Alting leases technical offices for the construction of the L9

The Companies Division of the Alting Real Estate Group has advised the Gorg Joint Venture, formed by Dragados, Necso, Comsa and ACS Proyectos, Obras y Construcciones and Sorigué, awarded the construction of different sections of the Line 9 of the Barcelona underground, on the leasing of an establishment in Concepción Arenal, where part of the technical offices for the construction work of the L9 will be located.
Line 9 of the Barcelona underground will join the two edges of the city through 41 linear km. of track. The GORG JV is responsible for 12,396 m of tunnel, 87% of which will be done with an EPB tunnel boring machine of 12.06 m in diameter.

Alting leases a 480 m2 office to Talent Search People

The Alting Real Estate Group has leased to the human resource consultancy, Talent Search People SL, fully-owned offices in the corporate building, headquarters of the newspaper El Periódico (Zeta Group), located at number 425 of the Consell de Cent street in Barcelona.

ALTING advises Evenia Hotels on leasing new offices in Barcelona

Alting's Companies Division has brokered the leasing by Evenia Hotels of an office of 460 m2, where the hotel company will set up its headquarters.

These offices, on which the lease has recently been agreed, are in the mezzanine of a mixed building right in the centre of the financial district of Barcelona.

The Spanish company, which offers its hotels located on the Catalan coast, in Almeria, the Pyrenees and in the city of Barcelona through Internet, has been present in the holiday accommodations market for over 30 years.

The Companies Consultancy Division of the Alting Real Estate Group has brokered the lease of an office to 'Gameloft Ibérica', a pioneer in developing video games for consoles, mobile phones and smartphones.
The French multinational company, present on five continents, with offices in cities like New York, London, New Delhi, Tokyo and Sydney, will install the headquarters of its Spanish subsidiary in offices with a surface area of 775 m².

Alting leases an office to Diagonal TV for the filming of Infidels
Alting's Companies Division has brokered the leasing of an office by the production company, Diagonal TV, which will be setting of the hit television series, Infidels.
The office, located in the Trade building of Barcelona, consists of 95 m2 and will host the filming of several scenes from the second season of the series which Televisió de Catalunya currently broadcasts.

The Alting Property Group begins work on remodelling one of the building it owns in the heart of Eixample, at 362 Mallorca Street.
The building, an example of modernist architecture, is a classic building whose privileged location, near the Sagrada Familia, makes it ideal for the tourism business. In fact, the Alting Real Estate Group is working on the project for the future operation of the building, which it is expected to house tourist apartments or an aparthotel.

The University of Chicago sold its European headquarters to Alting
After deciding to relocate the Graduate School of Business (GSB) to London, the University of Chicago has sold to the Alting Real Estate Group the building that houses the European headquarters of its business school in Barcelona. The Catalan company has paid 17 million Euros for a building of the early twentieth century located on the street Aragó, near the Passeig de Gràcia, with a surface area of 3,850 m².
