ALTING term in the lease from one office to Anglia Investment
The Business Consulting Department of Alting has rented an office of 290 sqm to the strategic and financial advisory company Anglia Investment.
The Anglia Group operates his activity of advice and management of investment capital since 2001 to ensure the viability of their costumers’ operations.

Alting leases an offices to Gameloft
The Business division of the Consulting area of Alting Real Estate Group has brokered the lease of an office to 'Gameloft Ibérica', a pioneer in developing video games for consoles, mobile phones and smartphones.
The French multinational Frenc, present in 5 continents, with offices in cities like New York, London, New Delhi, Tokyo and Sydney, will install the seat of its Spanish subsidiary in an office with an area of 775 sqm.

Alting lease an office to Diagonal TV for the filming of Infidels
The Business Consulting division of Alting has brokered in the rental of an office by Diagonal TV producer where will be set the hit soap opera Infidels.

The office, located in the building Trade of Barcelona, consists of 95 square meters and will host the filming of several scenes from 2nd Season of the series which currently issues Televisió de Catalunya.

The Department of Business Consulting of the Real Estate Alting rent an office to the José Carreras International Foundation against Leukemia. The property, located in a restored nobleman's house at number 375 of Muntaner Street, consists of 230m2 and will house the headquarters of the foundation in Barcelona.

Alting begins the rehabilitation works in his building of Mallorca Street to give it a use as touristic apartments


Alting Property Group begins work on remodelling one building of his property located in the heart of Eixample, at 362 of Mallorca Street.
The building, an example of modernist architecture, is a classic building whose privileged position, near the Sagrada Familia, makes it ideal for tourism exploitation. In fact, Alting Real Estate Group is working on the project of the future building activity, which it is expected to allocate touristic apartments or serviced apartments.

Heribert Barrera, who was a member of the Catalan Parliament between 1977 and 1980, has recently acquired an office at Passeig de Sant Gervasi with advice from the Sales Department of the Alting’s consulting area.
