| Alting leases an offices to Gameloft |
The Business division of the Consulting area of Alting Real Estate Group has brokered the lease of an office to 'Gameloft Ibérica', a pioneer in developing video games for consoles, mobile phones and smartphones.
The French multinational Frenc, present in 5 continents, with offices in cities like New York, London, New Delhi, Tokyo and Sydney, will install the seat of its Spanish subsidiary in an office with an area of 775 sqm.
The building, owned by Grupo Ferrer Internacional, is located in one of the most desirable areas of the city, under the so called golden square of Barcelona, Rosselló street with Rambla de Catalunya.
