The Alting Real Estate Group has acquired 2 buildings in the areas of Turó Park and Sant Gervasi in Barcelona for 47.2 million Euros.
The transaction was advised by the consulting firm Jones Lang Lasalle.
The two buildings have a combined area of 10,000 m².
